Tickets
Vantry turns a button into a private support channel. Members open a ticket, staff claim it, and the whole conversation is saved as a transcript when it closes — so a question answered once does not have to be answered again from memory.
Categories with their own rules
Each category can have its own staff role, its own channel category, its own opening message and its own intake questions — so an appeal goes to a different team from a billing question.
Claiming, priorities and notes
Staff claim a ticket so two people do not answer it at once, set a priority, and leave private notes the member never sees.
Response targets
Set a target in minutes and Vantry chases the tickets that pass it in a channel you choose, so a ticket nobody claimed does not sit unanswered overnight.
Transcripts and history
Closing a ticket saves a transcript, optionally DMs it to the member, and can show staff that member past tickets when they open a new one.
Ratings
Members can rate a closed ticket, which gives the people answering them something other than complaints as feedback.
